TAGGING REQUIREMENTS

The information on your seller tag, and keeping it attached to your item is the KEY TO YOUR PAYMENT

  • Each item must have a tag with sales price, size (include slim or regular on pants) and consignor number (assigned to you when you schedule your appointment on line, or by Donna when you call to schedule your appointment) written on the front of the tag. Tags must be no smaller than a 3x5 index card (no stickers or colored index cards, please) ANYTHING SMALLER WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED .
  • Only WHITE index cards may be used.
  • Pin tags with a safety pin only to the right front of the item (no straight pins).
  • Furnishings and equipment must have tags secured in easy to find locations.
  • Hook of hangers to left.
  • If you do not want an item discounted, write “NO DISCOUNT” boldly on the tag.

RECEIVING:
• Receiving is by appointment only, on a first-call basis, so call ASAP! BRING A SELF-ADDRESSED, STAMPED ENVELOPE WITH YOU TO YOUR RECEIVING APPOINTMENT!
• Clothing should be delivered clean, wrinkle-free and securely on hangers. No stained, torn or badly faded items will be accepted. We will be very selective -- only bring items in excellent condition!!

• 65 GARMENTS/ITEMS FOR GIRLS, MAXIMUM OF 80 GARMENTS/ITEMS FOR BOYS **MAXIMUM 100 GARMENTS TOTAL PER CONSIGNOR**MINIMUM OF**15** GARMENTS/ITEMS GIRLS OR BOYS**.
• NO MORE THAN 20% OF ITEMS MAY BE MARKED “NO DISCOUNT”.
• Limited to 20 garments size 0-12 months, 3 pairs of shoes, and 3 pairs of jeans.
• NO SMALL toys or stuffed animals, socks, undergarments, or bottles will be allowed.

• There will be a limit of 10 VHS tapes per consignor. Further, we reserve the right to reject toy, book or video that we do not feel to be appropriate for children.
• All items must be clean, include all parts, and be in good working condition. If bringing toys that require batteries, working batteries must be in the toy, otherwise they will not be accepted. If you bring a car seat, please call the Dept. of Transportation at 800-424-9393 to make sure it has not been recalled.

You will receive 70% of the sale price of your items, less a one time per sale administrative fee of $7.50 to cover postage, printing, advertising, etc. Increase your sales potential by inviting your family, friends, neighbors and co-workers to the sale!

Any consignor referring a new consignor, (someone who has never before participated as a consignor in the sale) will not pay their administrative fee ($7.50).  We must be notified of this at check-in.  Check-in is the only time we will honor this information.

Any consignor referring TWO new consignors, (someone who has never before participated as a consignor in the sale) will not pay their administrative fee ($7.50) plus be able to enter into the pre-sale on Tuesday night at 4:30 p.m. (30 minutes before other consignors). We must be notified of this at check-in. Check-in is the only time we will honor this information. If you meet this criteria, you will be notified prior to Tuesday night.
